Email Marketing Facilitation Agreement
This agreement governs the use of email communications sent by Golden Rule Insurance Company and/or UnitedHealthcare Life Insurance Company and their affiliates (collectively the “Company”) on behalf of the below signing producer. By signing this agreement, you agree to abide by all state and federal laws, rules and regulations governing the use of email communications for marketing purposes. This releases the Company from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for any failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the sending of these emails. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any and all liabilities resulting from the sending of any emails under this program.
I fully understand that it is my responsibility to verify emails sent on my behalf abide by applicable laws. I understand the Company is assisting in the creation of the email content being sent to a list of recipients that I provide and manage. I agree to maintain and honor all requested opt-outs from subsequent email communications.
